Data Deletion Instructions

Kinnisvara.AI is operated by Photoholics OÜ (registry code 14998427). This page explains how to delete your personal data from our systems, including data received from Facebook and Instagram.

What Gets Deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently remove:

  • Your account and profile information

  • All real estate listings and content you uploaded

  • All Generated Content stored in your account

  • Facebook and Instagram access tokens

  • All Facebook Page IDs, Instagram account IDs, and related metadata received from Meta

  • Usage history and analytics tied to your account

We retain only data we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices under Estonian accounting law, retained for 7 years and stored separately in restricted archives).

Option 1: Delete From Inside the App (Fastest)

  1. Log in at app.kinnisvara.ai

  2. Go to Settings → Account

  3. Click Delete my account

  4. Confirm the deletion

Your data is deleted immediately, and Facebook/Instagram access tokens are revoked within minutes. Backup copies are overwritten within 90 days.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account, send an email to:

paul@aisolutions.center

Include:

  • The email address associated with your account

  • The subject line: "Data deletion request"

We will confirm your identity, delete your data within 30 days, and send you a confirmation email once complete.

Option 3: Facebook-Initiated Deletion

If you remove Kinnisvara.AI from your Facebook account (under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites), Facebook notifies us automatically. We will delete all data we received through your Facebook connection within 30 days.

To remove the app on Facebook:

  1. Go to facebook.com/settings

  2. Click Apps and Websites

  3. Find Kinnisvara.AI in the list

  4. Click Remove

What Happens After Deletion

  • Access tokens are revoked and can no longer be used

  • Your data is deleted from live databases within 30 days

  • Backups are overwritten within 90 days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

  • The email address you used may be retained in a suppression list solely to prevent accidental re-onboarding
